VIDEO ONLINE NOW. SOLD. This is a very decent honest example with below average mileage, service history and 2 remote keys. The first owner had it from brand new until 2023 and it's had just 1 owner since (who traded it in for a new car at a Kia dealer, from whom we bought it). It runs and drives very nicely and has just passed the MOT (with zero advisory items). It's averaged under 9,000 miles per year and been serviced regularly. It has a towbar with twin electrics (not tested by us) as the previous owner had a caravan, there is a tailored hard plastic boot liner and also a pair of roofbars. Everything we've tried works just as it should (except the rear parking sensors) and there are no warning lights on. There are just a few minor marks around the outside (fewer than most people would expect to see) but no signs it's ever had any paintwork, it just looks all original. To prepare it for retail sale it should have an oil & filter change, maybe the some parking sensors (about 10 pounds) and perhaps a polish and valet. The retail forecourt price would be 2,500 including those jobs and a warranty so the trade sale price should allow you to make a sensible profit for yourself. I was looking for a replacement for my 2000 Bentley Arnage Red Label and found a Flying Spur on Autotrader. Checking out the video and photos it was clear that given the very fair price advertised the 2005 Flying Spur might fit the bill. A telephone call covered all the questions I had and was handled in a very friendly and professional manner, this was a key requirement for me as the dealer is over 600 miles from my home. An appointment was made and I journeyed down with my existing car. The Spur was as it had been described, one or two minor faults (The car is 15 years old) but these had been honestly detailed from the start. Figures agreed, the paperwork was concluded and I drove away in my new car - Happy. Had the car at the time of writing for nine days and have over 1300 miles covered.
I had had my Qashqai for 7 years and was looking to upgrade to something bigger, and had a VW Tuareg in mind, not too new i had a budget.
